"1-Day X-Mass ballin'camp"  on saturday 28/05/2022.  

Are you ready for a new high level Girls only Ballin'camp?

Age: 12 - 27 years old  

Niveau: Interprovenciaal -  Landelijk - Nationaal  

Where?  Sportcentrum Schotte, Aalst

SPECIAL GUEST: TOPCOACH BELGIAN BASKETBALL!!!   

Concept:  

80% Basketball (JVL moves, shooting by Hanne Mestdagh, ballhandling, postmoves, games, ...)  

20% Physical Class (Individual analysis of your physical weaknesses & strengths)  

Goal:  

- Improve your game to start well the second half of the season  

- Evaluate your first half of the season  

- GET BETTER & STAY POSITIVE  

Extra:   

During the day you are observed by the coaches & staff and they  will pick 12-14 players who deserve it to play (basketball talent,  mindsetting & communication) in the evening our big WOMEN'S ALLSTAR GAME2021 with the best woman players of Belgium (Belgian  Cats & 1 DIV picks).  Who will the next MVP?
